Our homemade pizza dough is leavened for more than 24 hours, giving that perfect combination between a light and crispy pizza that is easy to digest. Our tomato sauce, with its raw ingredient selected from the best producers in southern Italy, is done in-house and is blended with fresh basil, salt, pepper and olive oil added right before putting the pizza into the oven. Not to mention the mozzarella fior di latte, a small detail which makes a huge difference overall.
With the opening of our new location in Morges, we've decided to give the opportunity to young and talented artists to represent their new generation.
We've therefore devoted a dedicated wall in each restaurant for them to share their artwork, once every two years, in accordance with our restaurant values.
