Freshness and quality: every ingredient that goes through our kitchens is double-checked. We source products only from certified partners and we go as local as possible when it comes to fruits and vegetables, which come entirely from the canton Vaud area. All meat and diary products are sourced from the best produces based in Italy and Ticino.

From our first restaurant opened in 1931 in Ticino, our journey started gathering pace pizza after pizza (which by the way our clients in southern Switzerland love as well), which brought us to further expand ourselves from Lugano to Ascona, Lausanne and Morges. In 2015 we decided to make our unique pizza accessible to all pizza loves in Lausanne and we are proud to have opened our second location in the Halles de Morges.
Every single dish that comes out from our kitchen is prepared by our chefs and pizzaioli with the exception of the pesto sauce, which is made in Prà, Liguria, exactly as tradition dictates and therefore impossible to source locally. Our objective is to provide a fast service in a friendly environment and, last but not least, at the best possible price.
We believe that to ensure a sustainable future everyone needs to play to play their part. Starting from our 100% recyclable packaging, we constantly seek new environmentally friendly opportunities by getting in touch with potential local partners. In case there is no possibility to source one of our selected products nearby, such as our traditional pesto, we'll always try to take the extra mile by using sustainable transportation
