Here we are! Our brand new concept has just landed in our second location right next to the Morges train station. From now on you'll not only have the chance to taste one of our signature pizzas, but also enjoy a wide selection of pasta, homemade sauces and a super fresh salad bar.

With our new concept launched in Morges, we've decided to widen our menu selection. But no worries, our pizza hasn't changed a bit.
Pizza: the homemade pizza dough is leavened for more than 24 hours, giving that perfect combination between a light and crispy pizza that is easy to digest. Our tomato sauce, with its raw ingredient selected from the best producers in southern Italy, is done in-house and is blended with fresh basil, salt, pepper and olive oil added right before putting the pizza into the oven. Not to mention the mozzarella fior di latte, a small detail which makes a huge difference overall.

Pasta: the «foglie d’ulivo» pasta comes directly from Sicily and makes our homemade sauces stand out. Add some fresh stracciatella and Grana Padano on top and you are good to go.
Salad bar: a wide-range daily selection of fresh vegetables and toppings awaits you at the salad bar. Get one of our healthy salads from the menu or create your own!

Artist's wall
With the opening of our new location in Morges, we've decided to give the opportunity to young and talented artists to represent their new generation.
We've therefore devoted a dedicated wall in each restaurant for them to share their artwork, once every two years, in accordance with our restaurant values.
